Rental information In season: Jan.-March and June-August $1000 week Off season: April-May and Sept.-Dec. $900 week Jan. – March special events week only Florida tax -12.5 % cleaning fee $85 security deposit $500 Check for last minute rentals at a reduced fee. Special event weeks vary. Saturday to Saturday rental - check in after 3PM, check out by 10AM No pets and no unaccompanied minors
